*Proof of status is required at time of registration.

Payment for registration fees may be made by bank transfer*, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners). Registration fees must be pre-paid in full.

Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our refund policy is based upon receiving notification as follows:

Prior April 2, 2023: Full refund less US$ 50 handling fee

Prior May 15, 2023: 50% refund

As of May 16, 2023: No refund
