Official Language
The official language of the Congress is English.
Passports and Visas
Prior to booking your flight ticket, please ensure that your passport is valid until the 10th of January, 2024. Participants from some countries require a visa to enter Israel. We suggest that you check this with your travel agent or on the website of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to participate in the Congress. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to assist participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa and does not represent a commitment on the part of the Organizing Committee.
Flights
Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (near Tel Aviv).
Climate
The average high-temperature, in July, in Tel Aviv-Yafo, is 29.4°C (84.9°F), while the average low-temperature is 23.0°C (73.4°F). The amount of rain in July is the lowest (almost 0 mm), and the driest month of the year, although the humidity can reach 70%.

Personal travel, luggage and health insurance are recommended. Please purchase this from your local travel agent. Kindly note the organizers and other sponsors cannot be responsible for participants lacking appropriate insurance coverage in case of need.
