INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Flights
Participants should book their flights to Ben Gurion International Airport (near Tel Aviv).
Transportation from the airport to the venue:
By private taxi
Taxis are available outside of the Arrivals Hall (Level G) of Ben Gurion Airport at a cost of approximately 150-200 Shekels (~US$45-60) plus a surcharge for nights or weekends (Friday/Saturday). The average trip is about 35 – 50 minutes (depending on traffic).
By public transportation
Trains are available outside of the Arrivals Hall (Level G) of Ben Gurion Airport at a cost of 9 Shekels (approx US$3) and the average trip is about 10 mins till the stop closest to the congress venue - Tel Aviv Hashalom. Click here to view the train schedule.
Please note that public transportation does not operate from Friday afternoon (approx. 15:00) through Saturday night (resumes at approx. 19:00) for the Sabbath.
DEPARTURE INFORMATION
You can reach the Ben Gurion International Airport by private taxi or public transportation. Please note that 2½-3 hours additional time needed for the security airport check in.
